POSITION SUMMARY:
Broadvoice is seeking an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Partner with a passion for recruiting amazing talent and developing relationships with current and future Broadvoice employees.
This position reports to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition.This role will primarily recruit technical team members across the globe, as well as partner internally to create and implement scalable, seamless tools and processes to support our growing global business.
The Technical Talent Acquisition Partner is hands-on and works closely with internal and external partners, nurtures candidate and hiring manager relationships, and supports the continuous improvement of global Employee Experience team initiatives.
Our Technical Talent Acquisition Partner meets new challenges with ease and has experience finding talent, negotiating terms of employment, and operating across languages, time zones, and types of positions.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring managers' needs, desired qualifications, salary budgets, time constraints, and team culturePost roles, conduct resume/CV reviews, source, and message passive candidates, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview teamsProactively share status updates on open roles with hiring managers, including feedback from candidates, results of interviews, applications received, etc.
Implement creative ways to locate and engage passive candidatesPartner within EX team to review policies, processes, systems, and tools that impact the Talent Acquisition team, share feedback from candidates, and recommend enhancements aligned to strategic goals and company cultureMaintain clean candidate data and reporting in the GreenhouseManage candidate onboarding activities for new hire background screening and HRIS set-upSupport the development of candidate collateral and content for job advertisementsPartner with hiring managers and EX team on salaries and job offers, including the use of global salary bands/grades, job descriptions, job leveling, annual market studies, and variable compensation programsMaintain compliance with global employment regulations, including GDPR and interview and hiring laws.
Educate hiring managers about processes, tools, best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to your functionPartner with DEI Committee and EX teams to ensure that Talent Acquisition processes and tools are aligned with internal culture and DEI initiativesWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:Bachelor's degree or greater education is preferred; Relevant certifications are a plusAt least three (3) years of global Technical Recruiting experienceAt least two (2) years of experience in corporate technology, telecommunications, and/or scale-up organizationsBilingual (fluent) in English and Portuguese; Spanish language skills are a plusProven track record of optimizing relationships and processes to increase candidate satisfaction with hiring and onboarding proceduresSelf-motivated and enthusiastic about Talent Acquisition functionsOrganized and process-orientedKnowledge of interviewing techniques, including behavioral interviewing skillsExperience in passive sourcing, including tools, methodologies, and resourcesExcellent verbal and written communication and influencing skillsAvailable for occasional travel to other company locations, including international sites
