Tu seras ainsi en charge de :
•Accompagner et onboarder les nouveaux clients
•Gérer, développer et nourrir un portefeuille de clients en s'intéressant à leur métier, leurs enjeux et leurs besoins
•Développer au quotidien des relations personnelles avec les utilisateurs et les décideurs
•Définir et mettre en place des stratégies de fidélisation
•Prévenir et minimiser l'attrition
•Contribuer au développement direct de notre produit en remontant les retours des clients aux équipes techniques et produits : vous êtes la voix du client
•Être un vrai levier de croissance à travers l'upsell
•Maintenir un NPS élevé
