What you'll do:

  • Financial risk management (FX, interest, commodities): analysis of local cashflows, necessities of actions, management reportings, deriving actions from macroeconomic events, cash exposure & repatriation management, hedging management
  • You understand macroeconomic and monetary policy mechanisms and can derive recommendations from these correlations
  • Cash management: disposition, liquidity, cash pooling
  • Bank relations: relationship management among others local financing, credit facilities
  • You will assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
  • You will contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor and/or Master degree in Economics/ Finance/ Capital markets with +1 years of experience, alternatively some years of professional experience (banking training/ "Bankausbildung" is a plus)
  • Excellent in both written and verbal communication as you will be interacting with cross functional teams. The clarity of your communications will greatly contribute to the performance and effectiveness of the whole team.
  • Approachable, inspires trust, and always proactive, while being able to remain calm under stress and uncertainty
  • Strong analytical and critical skills and problemsolving aptitude
  • Attention to details
  • Deep understanding of financing instruments (e.g. derivatives)
  • Decision driven
  • Founded knowledge in MS office tools (specifically Excel) and IT affinity
  • You are fluent in English (German is a plus)
