  • Depending on locationJoin our global TUI Musement Sales & Marketing team as a Pricing Analyst and support the development of the brandnew Pricing department.

ABOUT THE JOB- Define and create tracking models to measure pricing initiatives Define new metrics and coordinate reporting and data requirements in collaboration with Revenue Management Team and Finance business partner Track and analyse pricing results and suggest actions to enhance profitability Focus on pricing planning and analyse price change requests from the sales teams by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental profitability and define sales targets Play a central role by taking care of the consolidation and allocation of pricing inputs during planning processes Propose and explore key KPIs, challenging & supporting both central and local teams with our high quality, data-driven analytical insights in the pricing related topics
ABOUT YOU- A university degree in engineering, economics, business administration, mathematics, statistics or similar disciplines (preferred) Fluent English language, both verbal and written. Any additional language advantageous Ability to analyse complex data on commercial performance; identify opportunities and threats and propose practical solutions You have a methodical, organised approach towards the execution of assigned tasks Have previous experience in pricing and yielding management, product development or revenue management Proficiency in PowerBI and ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel & Power Point Exceptional ability to work with multinational colleagues and gain buy-in from a range of stakeholders Proficiency in AI, machine learning, building algorithms or similar technical skills preferred
