Our client vision is to be the world leader in sports betting and gaming entertainment by creating the most exciting and trusted experience for our customers, revolutionising the gambling space.

They own 25 wellknown brands, and with a focus on sustainability and growth, our client will transform the sector for their players, theirselves and for the good of entertainment.

They are now hiring a CRM Executive Sports for their Brazilian market, to be based at their offices in Lisbon, Portugal.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute communication strategies aligned with the CRM Marketing plan.
  • Execute shortterm and longterm promotions.
  • Execute communications to maintain players activity via editorial content.
  • Work directly with internal parties to implement the marketing plan.
  • Reports directly to local CRM Manager.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or similar.
  • Excellent knowledge of sports with a special focus on the Brazilian reality.
  • Native Brazilian speaker.
  • English proficiency at all levels.
  • Attention to detail to ensure we are compliant + abide by all data protection procedures.
  • Organization and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent teamworking, analytical and communication skills.

Desired:

  • 12 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proven experience in executing a CRM plan with automated trigger communications.
  • Agile Thinker.
