What are we looking for


We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and open-minded person to join our Operations team who shares our same passion: help creating a more sustainable future with corporate commuting services.


Key responsibilities

  • Identify potential providers and establish partnerships
  • Conduct market price research and plan appropriate cost strategies
  • Negotiate prices and contractual terms with our providers, ensuring negotiating margins and good communication with the sales team.
  • Estimate the operational costs, respecting the guidelines defined by the sales team
  • Control budget and forecast, developing comparative cost tables
  • Elaborate reports referring to the market prices practiced
  • Monitor suppliers' performance and evaluate service quality
  • Build and manage relations with our operators, ensuring that their needs are met
  • Work in collaboration with other teams such as Sales and Operations to ensure that our providers meet the company's needs.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma (preferably with a professional course in Logistics or Transportation)
  • More than 3 years of relevant experience in the transport or logistics industry
  • Knowledge of transport or logistic sector (mandatory)
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skill and technical problem management skill is needed
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fastpaced environment
