**Job Title**: Shopper Activation Manager (Health & Beauty Accounts)

As a Shopper Activation Manager (Health and Beauty Accounts) you will create successful sell out activities, through the development and implementation of trade marketing plans (local shopper activation plan). Initiates and stimulates the local trade marketing actions, towards distributors and resellers. You will manage performance of integrated A&P and trade spend planning to deliver effectiveness for in-store activation, both on
- and offline. You will develop and execute integrated management trade retailer actions in the customers assigned**.**

**Your Role**:

- Translating in Portugal marketing plans into set to win and optimized omnichannel shopper activation plans that are executed with excellence.
- Initiating and realizing local trade marketing actions and promotions based on the recommendations, to optimize stock levels in the chain, to stimulate sales-out and loyalty of the distribution channel.
- Defining and formulating observations and recommendations for new activities through analysis of sales data and through monitoring the success of the trade marketing activities.
- Lands retail channel shopper toolkits and POS catalogues into relevant key customers for respective retail channels in line with sales team channelization
- Participating zone strategy plans for respective retail channels and closely cooperating with Key account managers in the Market to realize sales targets at key customers and providing input for local channel Strategy.

You will be the part of the Personal Health Marketing team, Iberia and will report to Shopper Marketing Leader Iberia PH

**You are the right Fit if**:

- Degree on marketing is preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing or trade shopper marketing, category management
- Experience in Health & Beauty Accounts / FMCG channel ( Pharmacies drugstores, hypermarkets)
- Min 2 years of previous Experience in marketing, trade marketing or category management
- Experience in budget management and related tools.
- Customer and consumer first mindset with external stakeholder management skills.
- Skills to work in multidisciplinary teams, Analytical and planning skills.
- Fluent English-speaking level in addition to local language, Spanish is an asset.
