Job description
- Content Reviewers working on our Chatbot team are responsible for reviewing Chat Bot's textbased answers that were flagged by users as not okay, by using the policies & guidelines to decide if the answers were offensive/dangerous.
- You will visually review textbased content and escalate violations of Client policies using internal tools.
- On this project you might review content that ranges from mild to very sensitive topics such as but not limited to profanity, hate speech or violence.
- Attention to detail and quick decisionmaking skills are key for success in this role as the tasks can be quite repetitive.
