Missão


A The Navigator Company pretende reforçar a sua equipa de Gestão de Recursos Humanos com a seleção de um(a) People Analytics Specialist que tem como missão contribuir para a análise estratégica do negócio, fornecendo e analisando informação de Gestão e Recursos Humanos, com vista a melhorar a capacidade de resposta e apoiar o processo de tomada de decisão.


O teu dia-a-dia
Preparar, analisar e monitorizar os principais indicadores de RH, contribuindo com uma análise critica e propondo planos de ação/melhoria.
Elaborar relatórios periódicos de desempenho associado à informação de RH, sinalizando e reportando desvios críticos.
Implementar melhorias às atuais ferramentas de reporting de RH (Qliksense e outras).
Apoiar o planeamento e controlo orçamental de RH.
Suportar a elaboração de estudos/auditorias internas com informação de gestão e benchmark.
Apoiar a construção de análises descritivas e preditivas que suportem a tomada de decisão de diversos stakeholders.

Quem procuramos

Qualificações
Mestrado em Data Science, Sistemas de Informação, Economia, Gestão ou similares.

Conhecimento e Experiência
Experiência de 1 a 3 anos, em funções similares (análise de negócio).
Elevadas competências em Data Analytics e

Data Visualization:
extração e modulação de dados, obtenção de insights, elaboração de apresentações claras e intuitivas.
Valorizam-se conhecimentos de programação e capacidade de construir modelos de Machine Learning (preferencial).
Valoriza-se conhecimentos em SAP ERP, SAP BW e Qliksense.
Atenção ao detalhe que assegure a qualidade e integridade dos dados.
Proficiência em Office, excelentes conhecimentos de excel e powerpoint (avançado).
Domínio da Língua Inglesa (falada e escrita).
