Dans le cadre de son expansion, DOKO recherche plusieurs techniciens support B2B pour rejoindre notre équipe.

De formation technique vous rejoindrez notre équipe en tant que techniciens support, vous serez responsable de fournir un soutien technique de premier niveau à nos clients en appliquant des procédures.

Vous serez chargé de résoudre les problèmes techniques, de fournir des conseils et de leur offrir un excellent service client.

Pour être considéré pour ce poste, vous devez avoir au moins deux ans d'expérience dans le support technique et être à l'aise avec les outils de diagnostic, de supervision et de résolution de problèmes informatiques.

Vous devez également être capable de travailler de manière autonome et de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.

Connaissance technique:
Windows, Centreon, Linux, Openstack, ansible, Cybersecurité,

Langues:

- Anglais : Obligatoire
- Français : Nécessaire

Contrat:
Temps plein + teletravail

As part of its expansion, DOKO is looking for several B2B support technicians to join our team.

You will be responsible for solving technical problems, providing advice, and offering excellent customer service.

To be considered for this position, you must have at least two years of experience in technical support and be comfortable with diagnostic, monitoring, and problem-solving tools.

You must also be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Technical knowledge:
Windows, Centreon, Linux, Openstack, Ansible, Cybersecurity,

Languages:

- English: Required
- French: Necessary

Contract:
Full-time + home office
