Role Overview

We count on you for:

  • HR Administrative tasks leading with 800 employees;
  • Participation in weekly HR meetings;
  • Learn how to do Invoice control & payment of the external HR vendors (training in the tools: SAP, PF1, SRM7, ecatalog);
  • Management of HR Benefits such as Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Lunch Allowance cards, Labor medicine;
  • Improve internal procedures and innovate
  • Ongoing projects in SuccessFactors

You will bring:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or similar areas
  • No previous experience needed
  • Ability and openness to communicate and be innovative
  • Fluent in English (multinational environment)
  • Proficient with IT tools (Excel and Google)
  • Team player, openminded for a multicultural environment
  • Very good interpersonal skills (you'll work directly with the entire SBS organization including remotely with other countries)
  • Flexibility to work with different teams
  • High communication skills
  • Autonomous, ready to take initiative and results oriented ability to follow
- up and follow through with multiple tasks

  • Ability to work with daily objectives
