Your Main Activities Are
Act as the first point of contact in HR for employees, responding to and resolving specific queries across the full spectrum of HR activities

When appropriate, seek assistance from other areas of HR, maintaining ownership of simple queries to resolution and handing off complex queries efficiently

Process HR transactions using a range of HR systems

Responsible for the maintenance of employee data integrity on key systems

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the full range of HR policies and processes in order to deal with employee queries

Profile and Skills to Success
Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources Management or other relevant field

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written

Awareness of employee relations matters, HR policies and operational processes

Ability to use a range of software and tools, and develop an understanding of HR systems

Ability to plan and deliver results in a reactive/proactive customer service environment

Attention to detail and quality awareness

Ability to work on several tasks concurrently

Passion for client service and commitment to operational excellence

About the Team
The HR Administration Trainee will be part of a team of HR Connect Administration Officers

The Team provides exceptional customer service to employees, acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and performing transactional processes throughout the employee life cycle in a timely and accurate manner
