- 8h/day, 40h/ week

As a Customer Support you will:

  • Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns

Be knowledgeable about the product functions and providing the product information eg
:

Missing/Incorrect data in the system (GPS location, drivers data, scheduled maintenance, fuel consumption etc.; Digital Volkswagen services failure (localization, data, driver performance, etc.)
-
Contact for Drivers:

Vehicle registration, login issues, Vehicle status, Service functions, Contract extension, Driving data not available

What do we expect?

You speak perfect French (min. C2 level):

  • You live in Braga area and you are ready to work in a hybrid system
  • You are customeroriented and enjoy interacting with people

If you are a automotive fan is your big plus

What do we offer?

Possible start: 30.08:

Complete online hiring process regulated:

  • Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl.

meal allowance):

785€ gross x 14 months,

up to 120€ gross performance bonus (x12 months),

45€ project bonus / month ( permanent monthly supplement)

20€ transport bonus / month (permanent monthly supplement)

6,83€ NET/day meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card

The annual yearly salary with bonuses can be from 11906€ up to 13346€:

  • Fixed term, renewable full time employment contract for 6 months (according to the Portuguese law)
