The Role? The Regional HR Shared Services Manager leads and directs and HR operations team that provides administrative and operational support during each stage of the employee lifecycle ensuring that the HR department has a strong infrastructure and functions efficiently and effectively to sustain organizational growth.

This position facilitates continuous improvement through automation and process improvement, to maximize efficiency while providing exceptional, consistent, and timely service to employees, leaders, and to the HR department.

What will YOU do? Lead an HR operations team (5) who are accountable for the delivery of internal services to support the full employee lifecycle across 20+ countries.

Foster an environment that promotes growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Set performance expectations, drive accountability, and provide coaching. Build talent pipeline and succession bench strength. Enable transformational digital projects in partnership with GPOs organization.

Analyze the business process performance data and understand evolving business needs, identify areas for enhancement, and implement and embed changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver better outcomes (quality, flexibility, simplicity).

Continually evaluate, prioritize, and adapt processes to evolving global business needs.

Manage the centralized administration of HR records and employee life cycle documents from hire to post-employment, including electronic and paper, providing accurate processing and retention.

Collaborate with the HR organization, GPOs, and other functions to understand needs, gather input, drive alignment, communicate changes and performance.

Actively participate in the regional HR team meetings. Regional project subject matter expert supporting strategic business initiatives. Ensure critical HR master data and system related priorities are understood and met. Align HRSS to support projects to meet business timeline. (Global Payroll, SAP, quality systems, etc.) Develops and maintains standard operating procedures, creating regional standardization. Regional GDPR HR representative. Partners with local HRBP and legal to execute business projects through needed work's council approvals and required GDPR deliverables. Support on-going GDPR compliance projects as needed in partnership with legal. Develops and executes plan for administrative legal compliance of newly enacted employment laws. Maintains compliance. Employees Supervised 5 HR Operations Specialist

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required or equivalent experience.

5+ years Human Resource experience 4+ years of related experience with an emphasis on shared services administration and/or systems in multi-national companies (MNC).

2 years leadership experience Demonstrated shared services experience working in a highly matrixed environment.

Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders within a matrixed environment, without compromising on quality or outcomes.

Skilled at decomposing complex business requirements into operational solutions Strong Process orientation - problem solving and root cause identification skills.

Maintain up to date understanding of industry best practices relevant to H2R. Effective training skills, talent management and team building capabilities for management of functional tasks within area of responsibility. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences Experience in Workday is a plus. H.B.
