The team you will be a part of


As part of the Nokia IT team, the Enterprise Applications team is responsible for delivering end-to-end IT services to Business Groups and Corporate Functions.

We manage relationships, project and service delivery, portfolio management, and technology roadmaps across multiple functions. In addition, we strive to coordinate with IT to facilitate timely delivery to our business stakeholders.

With that said, the Business Operations Manager role will help ensure our internal operations run smoothly, allowing us to focus on meeting the needs of our clients.


What you will learn and contribute to
"We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Manager, who will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization runs efficiently and effectively.

As part of the team, you will:

  • Assist with defining function governance and coordinate actions to deliver function objectives.
  • Drive special projects critical to the function's agenda, including strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
  • Provide leadership in broad functional/process areas to solve complex and diverse issues.
  • Manage the organization's communication tools and data storage strategy.
  • Participate in defining the capability development framework and manage capability and competence development initiatives.

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • 5+ years of business management experience in an organization with approximately 1000 associates
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in working with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products, including MS Project, O365, Azure, Power BI, and others

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience working on a virtual team or in a remote environment
  • Experience working within a multicultural, multitimezone environment
