Digital Transformation Manager for Global Business

What role will you play?
As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will**- Conceptualize and plan digitalization and innovation roadshows to boost digitalization perception across the organization.
- Develop strong relationships with key clients while being the key interface to the clients.
- Be highly communicative and collaborative, working closely with customers and end users.
- Collaborate with clients to develop digitalization roadmaps, including the identification of automation opportunities, technology selection, and change management strategies.
- Support preparation and execution of discovery workshops, to identify digitalization opportunities with Intelligent Automation, following identified improvement areas, efficiency gains, and cost savings potentials.
- Work closely with clients and crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with client objectives.
- Communicate GBS Digital Products and Services:
- You have completed your bachelor's degree with an economic, business, digital communications or technical focus with above-average success.
- You were also able to gain initial experience in the areas of digitalization, IT consulting, digital business and/or project management.
- Passionate about customercentric software products and about boosting digitalization.
- Your enthusiasm for new technologies such as Generative AI, Low-Code, Process Mining, Artificial Intelligence, etc. sets you apart.
- Strong communication skills to be able to liaise with both technical and business stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- You are open, creative, and communicative.
- Confidence to lead as you will be responsible for facilitating workshops and eliciting business requirements to help solve our clients' most pressing problems.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment, often with conflicting or changing priorities.
- You work independently and at the same time look forward to working (virtually) with international teams.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with customers, stakeholders and technical teams in English are a must (Portuguese, Czech or German is a plus).
