Your mission will be...

  • Leads the service line strategy and contributes to the overall GBS WEA H2R strategy and vision, by participating on the targets definition, overall priorities and success metrics
  • Continuously seeks feedback and monitors the service, always striving for excellence and to adapt portfolio to business needs
  • Ensures that operational methods, procedures, facilities and tools are established, reviewed and maintained
  • Reviews service delivery to ensure that agreed targets are met and prepares proposals to meet forecast changes in the level or type of service
  • Liaises with customers to communicate and evangelize services portfolio
  • Establishes and maintains excellent working relationships with RAMs, GPOs, Global Project teams, Service Line Managers (in-country and globally), Delivery teams and Senior Management
  • Participates in major transformation and technology programs and projects within area of responsibility (e.g.: Concur and SAP, etc)
  • Works with global project teams to understand technology/operational trends, how it can improve the service line and leads implementation within area of responsibility
  • Ensures the development of team members to their full potential (motivate, train and develop)

We are looking for someone with...

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services
  • At least 2 years of experience in team management or as a Team Leader
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
  • Ability to create innovative solutions and practical implementation for strategic change
  • Well-developed team skills to foster collective ownership and purpose
  • International mindset
  • Experience in working with global teams
  • Experience with Concur, Workday, or SNOW preferred
  • Fluent English is required and any other European language is a plus
