Service Manager for Global Business Operations

At Siemens S.A., we are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager for Global Business Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering services that meet the business needs of our global customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service strategies that align with business objectives
- Manage service quality and ensure that services are delivered in accordance with agreed business requirements
- Coordinate service development and implementation, including agile development and testing
- Drive the rollout of services across our global business
- Continuously improve and enhance services to meet evolving business needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a Service Manager in the IT sector
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes and Service Orchestration aspects
- Experience with Agile Development and Service Now
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in an international environment
