At Siemens S.A., we are seeking a highly skilled Workday Security Specialist to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team.
As a Workday Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and stability of our global Workday system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Discovering and analyzing system issues and defining solution approaches;
- Identifying and designing improvements within the existing Security Configuration;
- Focusing on ensuring a secure global system and process stability;
- Supporting regular Workday Release Management;
- Collaborating with other customers to provide knowledge and respond to inquiries;
- Executing and managing regular operational activities including Incident Management and Service Request Management;
- Documenting activities according to the compliance framework.
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of technical Workday experience across different Workday modules;
- 1+ years of technical Workday experience dedicated to Workday Security, ideally for different companies/clients;
- An academic degree related to Information Technology/Business/Economics;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change;
- Passion to bring value-added to customers and provide service excellence;
- Workday Trainings/certifications in focus area.
Specific skills include:
- Good knowledge of Workday Security, including areas like access groups and access concepts, security roles, security groups, intersection security groups, and security concepts, user authentication;
- Experience in analyzing system issues and executing necessary solutions by ensuring system compliance;
- Analytical and communication skills combined with a good understanding of a large application and process landscape;
- Analytical skills to identify root-causes based on system data as well as knowledge in Managing HR Master Data in Workday;
- Language: Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have).
