Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DC's for adidas.
This supports the successful implementation of "Through Sports we have the Power to Change Lives" by supporting revenue growth, portfolio optimization and creating great workplaces to attract and retain top talent across the globe.
To ensure a successful and sustainable Portfolio, Workplaces collaborates within an extensive network of internal / external stakeholders and industry experts to provide value added service.
In this role you are responsible for the quality management and development and the coordination of the assigned service area at the adidas location in Porto in the region EMEA.
This role will set the highest quality standards for all location related facility operations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage small to medium size projects that require analysis and autonomous initiative through professional experience. Plan, organise and monitor assigned operational processes. Ensure all service-related qualities, policies, standards and processes to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Support the delivery of Workplaces design, construction or facility projects. Support the space management for best allocation and utilisation of space. Assist in all tasks related to manage the property portfolio and related insurances. Lead small to medium size (sub) projects. Internal and external communication (customers, service providers, suppliers).
Coordinate, facilitate and drive negotiations with City Chamber and Campus Landlord in order to enhance and improve adidas services and employee experience, namely accessibility, transportation and parking.
Steer, coordinate and manage all assigned services. Develop and optimise external assigned services. Monitor budget control and support budget planning. Interface between adidas and assigned external service provider. Lead and further develop assigned employees. Implement and ensure compliance to Workplaces policies and project management standards.Key Relationships:

Service and customer satisfaction, people management/leadership culture Tender management and supplier selection Budget and cost control Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Very good Portuguese and English skills Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Completed vocational training, studies or equivalent education 5 to 8 years working experience in respective area and experience at a similar level in a complex organisation AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
