  • BNPP Wealth Management PIMH is currently growing in Portugal. This is a very interesting opportunity to join the growing PIMH family as the manager of the Securities Transfers department

Your Main Activities Are
Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Head of Securities Operations, you are expected to perform the following activities

  • Supervise and organize the booking of the transfers on securities and funds, for all the sites
  • Supervise the settlement of the transfers on the markets through our custodians network
  • Organise the different securities migrations (sites and custodians)
  • Grant output delays on bookings within predefined standards
  • Manage the team, recruits, organize the annual evaluation, the training plan, among others
  • Report and inform the management regularly
  • Implement the right controls to secure the output, improve the process permanently and approve the procedures
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports, as well as periodic service reviews on activity
  • Contribute to projects that involve back office
  • Communicate and maintain a good relationship with other WM entities and custodians
  • Contribute to the internal control framework

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Economy, Finance or similar with experience in the Banking industry
  • Pro in team management and working in a functional/hierarchical matrix organisation
  • Capacity for analysis and synthesis with rigor
  • Ability to deliver quickly and frequently high quality documents within deadlines
  • Proactive and autonomous
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to build network working relationships with various stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • English fluency
