About the job

  • The Securities Transfers Officer Books the internal and external transfers on securities and funds
  • Constant contact with other WM sites, back offices teams and IT department

Your Main Activities Are

  • Books the internal and external transfers on securities and funds, for all the sites
  • Follows up the settlement of the transfers on the markets through our custodians network
  • Liaises with the transfers team of Geneva
  • Participates to the different securities migrations (sites and custodians)
  • Participates to the permanent improvement of the processes with daily suggestions
  • Communicates with other back offices teams and other WM entities

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economy, Finance, Management or a strong experience in the bank industry
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player
  • Reactive and ranking of priorities, sense of risks
  • Client oriented
  • Strong resistance to stress
  • Rigorous and autonomous, eager to learn
  • Fluent in English
