ACCOUNTING TEAM LEADER FOR THE ACCOUNTING CONTROLS TEAM (

Your Main Activities Are

  • As Accounting justification Team Leader, your main activities are to
  • Define the capacity planning of the team
  • Followup the team's planning and workload plan
  • Manage and assist the team members on their daytoday activity
  • Contribute to the resolution of blocking points
  • Monitor the Risks
  • Ensure good communication with Business Lines and Finance teams
  • Perform the relevant reporting to the Management (KPIs and Dashboards, key messages, improvement axis, among others)
  • Lead continuous improvement activities such as monitor the team's performance (outgoing invoices, treatment length, data quality, stock and flow within the workflow) and implement processes to ensure the efficiency of the team's daily activities

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management or other related field
  • Significant professional experience in a similar role with team management (direct hierarchical responsibility)
  • Relevant experience as accounting officer or in a similar role
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules and with international locations
  • Organizational skills and good attention to detail
  • Ability to synthetize and to give feedbacks to peers
  • Strong team spirit
  • Good communication skills, proactive attitude and problem solving
