A Faurecia Moldados em S. João da Madeira recruta para estágio profissional IEFP, candidato(a) para a área de Melhoria Contínua.

Estamos à procura de estagiário(a) para apoiar oa equipa interna de melhoria contínua , na implementação de melhoria, otimização e racionalização dos processos vigentes. Nesse contexto o estagiário visa a sistemática eliminação de desperdício, aumento de produtividade, redução de tempo e aumento da qualidade do trabalho ou serviço.

Objetivos específicos

Apoio à melhoria contínua da Fábrica; Apoiar o desenvolvimento de melhorias de produtividade e eficiência através da identificação e redução de esperdícios, melhoria da equilibragem com impacto na redução do Workcontent e do Tempo de Ciclo do GAP; Apoiar na análise, desenvolvimento e implementação de novos layouts de acordo com as necessidades (definição de layouts em AutoCad Atual e Target); Apoiar a melhoria e otimização de fluxos internos; Acompanhar o desenvolvimento e implementação de ferramentas e metodologias FES (Sistema de Excelência Faurecia); Suporte na gestão e melhoria da aplicação das aplicações Digitais mLean e DMC pelas equipas de Shoopfloor; Apoiar a implementação e Coaching de ferramentas de SW, TPM, SMED e 5S's.

Qualificações

Licenciatura em áreas de Engenharia; Forte capacidade de comunicação; Paixão pela indústria /sector automóvel; Bons Conhecimentos de Office; Conhecimentos Língua Inglesa; Gosto pelo Trabalho em equipa.
