The role of a **PC&L Supervisor** is to ensure the supply flow to customers (internal and external) based on their shipping plans. At the same time, ensure all the stocks both physically and administratively and all the incoming flow of materials and supplies needed for production.

The main missions of the role are to:

- Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks;
- Supervise the materials storage in the warehouse and follow up discrepancies at inventories physical and real;
- Ensure correct allocation of the team, their performance and their improvement;
- Promote teamwork, pilot QRCI and continuous improvement workshops;
- Manage personal issues of the team (vacations, absenteeism, etc);
- Follow up the nonconformities of materials and warehouse audits;
- Manage equipment at their disposal;
- Participate and monitor the development of new processes;
- Participate, keep up and guide in the semiannual/annual inventories preparation;
- Guarantee the effectiveness of the 5Ss in their area;
- Promote and ensure the best practices regarding Health, Safety and Environment respecting the Plant and Group policy;
- Respect and ensure in his/her daily approach the correct and fully respect and implementation of the Faurecia Ethics Code (Respect for fundamental Human Rights, Development of economic and social dialogue, Ethics and rules of business conduct, and if necessary reporting infringements).

**What you need to join us?**
- Degree in Industrial Management Engineering, Logistics, Mathematics or similar areas
- 2 to 3 years Logistics experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Availability to work in shifts
- Knowledge in English
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- SAP knowledge (FCS)
