A Mazars em Portugal está a contratar um assistente administrativo, que será responsável por apoiar o trabalho da equipa de _Audit & Assurance _- setor dos _Financial Services ( _«FS»).
A integração nesta equipa, tem como principais funções, o apoio à equipa de FS, assumindo tarefas administrativas, orientadas para processos e informação, permitindo que a equipa de auditoria se concentre maioritariamente nas questões técnicas.
Esta função terá ainda a responsabilidade de apoiar a equipa de auditoria FS na gestão administrativa dos seus fluxos de trabalho, incluindo, processos de aceitação e continuação, suporte na documentação de suporte à avaliação de riscos (quando aplicável), conclusão e relato e controlo de qualidade.
O assistente administrativo desempenhará uma ampla gama de tarefas administrativas e de suporte à equipa de auditoria, incluindo:- Compilação de informação para diversos fins, tais como relatórios internos/externos, preparação de propostas comerciais e auxílio na preparação de documentação variada para os _files _de auditoria;
- Formatação e _branding _de documentos no Microsoft Office;
- Apoio no _design _de documentos e apresentações (no Microsoft PowerPoint e Word, maioritariamente);
- Suporte à equipa de planeamento, colaborando na resolução tempestiva de sobreposições de recursos nos diferentes trabalhos a realizar e na gestão e controlo de carregamento de horas dos dossiers; e
- Outras tarefas de suporte administrativo requeridas habitualmente (digitalizações, cópias, preparação de cartas de circularização, entre outros).
Realçamos o facto de que apesar desta função estar exposta a algumas questões técnicas de auditoria, não é requerida experiência e/ou conhecimentos prévios em matérias de contabilidade e/ou auditoria.
Perfil:
- Experiência profissional em funções similares mínima de dois anos, preferencialmente em ambientes multinacionais e com reporte a cargos de direção;
- Em termos de habilitações literárias, deverá ter a escolaridade mínima obrigatória e/ou formação académia superior (fator preferencial);
- Não é requerido conhecimento prévio em auditoria e/ou contabilidade;
- Fluência em inglês (requisito preferencial);
- Conhecimento avançado das ferramentas Office (Excel, Word e PowerPoint);
- Sentido de responsabilidade, autonomia e organização;
- Elevado grau de compromisso e de rigor;
- Espírito positivo, dinâmico e de iniciativa (t _eam player) _.
