As the Finance Business Partner for the CIO and CHRO you will drive, measure and manage key financial metrics within Information Technology (IT) and Human Resources (HR) KPIs, build robust finance processes and analysis, and drive standardization of scalable best practices across all the company and ensure timely deliverables on monthly controlling process and various other key reports.

This role will report to the Group Director FP&A, and dotted line to CIO (Chief Information Officer) and CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer).

The role is located in Porto and a hybrid working model is available.

Your Responsibilities:

This position will provide financial guidance and support to the Global IT function and Global Human Resources organization, forecasting and annual budgeting process and IT and HR cost center budget

Monitoring all IT cost centres in different ERP Systems and work with local controllers, follow up on overruns, anomalies or wrong postings

Monitoring and assuring compliance of the global IT Capex/Opex projects and services related to more than 100 global external service providers

Responsible for the timely consolidated monthly controlling and forecasting reporting for IT as well as the global IT budgeting process

Follow up on finance topics with IT suppliers and the SSC

Being the interface to Finance regarding all Bonus accrual & analysis for the Global Bonus plan and Sales Bonus plan and local bonus plans to guarantee right accruals and financial treatment

Correct financial treatment of severances including restructuring approval processes and corresponding monitoring

alignment Headcount and Financial reporting in collaboration with FP&A and Divisional finance teams

a close work relationship with the IT Leadership team and the HR Compensation & Benefits Team and the actuaries of kp company pensions globally

Direct support to CIO and CHRO, performing finance analyses as appropriate

Engage and interact with senior stakeholders of the company to review financial positions

Lead cost center planning process as well as expense reporting and analysis for the IT and HR organization in collaboration with group FP&A

Business Partner to the CIO and CHRO. Maintaining a good relationship with financial community (local and regional)

Your Profile:

BA/BS in Accounting and/or Finance required.

5+ years of progressive experience in, FP&A or Business Analysis and/or Controlling

Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship building skills

Team player with demonstrated ability to lead and influence others outside of their direct-reporting lines

Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, financial modelling, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and ROI analyses

Problem solving skills as well as ability to focus on deliverables

Compatibility for both independent and team work

Displays integrity and ethics in handling confidential information

Highly motivated and flexible

Fluent English language skills, further knowledge of European languages is an advantage
