Os nossos Legal Collectors são especialistas em recuperação de crédito.

Asseguram a gestão dos diferentes processos judiciais, realizando as diligências necessárias, bem como os contactos com os diferentes intervenientes do processo.

Procuram estabelecer a melhor e mais adequada forma de pagamento da dívida, em consonância com os processos e procedimentos da empresa.

Sobre a função:

  • Assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos judiciais e a realização das diligências necessárias;
  • Negociar, elaborar e acompanhar o cumprimento de acordos de pagamento com os executados ou respetivos mandatários;
  • Realizar tarefas de controlo da documentação judicial rececionada e respetiva atualização no sistema;
  • Apoiar os Debt Collectors no esclarecimento de questões relacionadas com os processos extrajudiciais;
  • Registar toda a informação na aplicação informática, assegurando a sua fiabilidade.

O que procuramos:

  • Formação Superior Universitária em Direito;
  • Cédula Profissional Ativa / Inscrição na Ordem dos Advogados Portugueses (Obrigatório);
  • Experiência em Processo Executivo e Direito da Insolvência;
  • Domínio do Microsoft Word;
  • Conhecimentos de língua inglesa (preferencial);
  • Proatividade e orientação para resultados;
  • Espírito de equipa;
  • Capacidade de análise e sentido crítico;
  • Facilidade de comunicação e argumentação;
  • Rigor e credibilidade.
