Descripción del puesto DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO El objetivo principal de esta persona será asegurar que el despliegue de estaciones y su operativa diaria se realiza con las mínimas incidencias y retrasos posibles, dando feedback constante para la mejora de procesos internos y externos.

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES Responsable de coordinar la operativa diaria y el mantenimiento de la red de estaciones de intercambio de baterías, tanto de los cargadores como de las propias baterías.

Definir, conjuntamente con los departamentos afectados (comercial, conectividad, postventa, etc.) los procedimientos y procesos necesarios para el correcto funcionamiento del servicio, y asegurar su conocimiento y cumplimiento, manteniendo siempre al cliente en el centro.

Coordinar equipos internos y externos para la ejecución del plan de instalaciones en las diferentes ubicaciones, asegurando el cumplimiento de los tiempos y presupuestos establecidos.

Colaborar en la definición de las funciones de atención al cliente y dar soporte en la resolución de incidencias, así como la estandarización de la respuesta.

Generar los contenidos asociados a procesos internos y externos para el aseguramiento de que todos los stakeholders (clientes, dealers, departamentos internos, etc.) clave conocen la operativa más actual, asegurando su difusión por los canales correspondientes.

Seguimiento de las incidencias en la generación de facturas y su posterior cobro, asegurando un crecimiento continuo de los índices de cobro mediante el establecimiento de procesos automatizados con la mínima intrusión posible.

Asegurar la correcta implementación del servicio para flotas, dándole soporte al cliente durante las diferentes fases y pivotando su definición y operativa con el fin de satisfacer sus necesidades.

Recoger feedback y comunicarse con los diferentes stakeholders para la mejora continua del servicio, manteniendo al cliente en el centro de toda decisión.

Realizar el seguimiento de KPIs operativos, actualización del dashboard, detección e propuesta de mejoras en base al análisis de datos.

PERFIL DE LA PERSONA Formación reglada: Ingeniero industrial, Organización Industrial o similarFormación no reglada / Complementaria: No se requiereExperiencia:Experiencia en operaciones de logística o movilidad, idealmente en fase de crecimientoExperiencia en entornos innovadores, con cambios constantes y rápida ejecución, como Motosharing, Logística Última Milla, etc.

Experiencia en coordinación de proyectos, gestión de Budget, reporting de métricas, etc.
