Our Finance & Administration Business Line is looking for a Management Controller Team Leader, who will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage a local team plus collaborative work with Countries Finance Coordinators within the Region;
  • Coordinate Annual Budget preparation in coordination with the Business Lines under the Geography Finance Manager (GFM) responsibility;
  • Active participation on Annual Financial Statements preparation for all countries that belongs to the regional organization;
  • Responsible for controlling activities being part of the monthly closings and Quarterly Reporting in coordination with the GFM;
  • Perform monthly analysis, and report, identifying corrective measures for budget deviations and YE landings estimations;
  • Ensure that the guidance and AFC procedures are applied in all Countries;
  • Manage Analytical Accounting and report for projects and contracts;
  • Implementation, maintenance, and coordination of time allocation system for a PRU calculation and expected cost allocation by BL, including internal hours and common cost;
  • Be part of monthly closing process, according with Group calendar and assure the local compliance with group deadlines;
  • Be responsible for the IFRS harmonization of Local Package and Group Package for Quarterly submission;
  • Assist on External and Internal audits, ensuring a correct IFRS Cost Recognition;
  • Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the operation;
  • Participate in projects related to the improvement and optimization of processes in the Management Control Department.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Economy or Management (Post Graduation on Management Control will be a plus);
  • Previous experience in the same role;
  • Excellent computer skills, namely MS office and Power BI;
  • Proficiency on IFRS Report, Fix Assets and Cost Activation;
  • Proficiency with a consolidation software would be highly appreciated;
  • Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles and generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
  • Proficiency with IFRS norms;
  • Able to analyze and make a good interpretation of Analytical data from ERP;
  • Coordination of teams and experience on working in a multinational organization;
  • Passion for getting things done, handson profile and appreciation for detail;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
