If you want to help us strengthen our approaches in a dynamic environment and support Infineon's positioning as a leader in sustainable procurement, then you need to join our team in Porto as a Procurement Specialist - Supplier Sustainability.


As a Procurement Specialist - Supplier Sustainability you will support the strategic development and implementation of our sustainable procurement framework.


In your new role you will:


  • Support the annual Procurement CSR risk analysis based on Supply Chain Act requirements through
    data analysis and
    supplier engagement ;
  • Support the implementation of the
    sustainability risk management framework in procurement processes;:

  • Support sustainability reporting for procurement and track
    sustainability KPIs ;

Provide sustainability training for procurement colleagues and suppliers **in the area of human rights and carbon management;

  • Support the Infineon
    responsible minerals program to ensure a conflictfree supply chain;
You have the ability to work in multiple projects simultaneously, using your

excellent analytical skills to turn complex information into relevant insights. You are an organized person with excellent

time-management skills. Moreover, you have an interest in making a difference at the intersection of sustainability and procurement with your open mindset and passion for Infineon's success.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:


  • A degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, mathematics, or a similar field of studies;
-
1-3 years of relevant work
experience in sustainability management, sustainable procurement, sustainability consulting, or in a similar field - preferably in the semiconductor or automotive industry;

  • Experience
    implementing sustainability measures and legal requirements by making use of efficient process design and digital tools to continuously improve sustainability KPIs is highly appreciated;
  • Experience supporting
    due diligence regarding human rights and environmental protection in procurement function would be a plus;
  • Interest in carbon strategies or carbon emissions management;

Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • German is a plus.
