O teu perfil:


Procuramos Assistant Managers apaixonados pela gestão operacional para a nossa loja de Alfragide, com vontade de pôr as mãos na massa e mobilizar equipas.

Aqui podes usufruir da tua experiência em gerir turnos (preferencialmente em Restauração rápida) e com a tua capacidade de gerir entrega ao domicilio.

É fundamental a disponibilidade para turnos rotativos e fins de semana.

Como Assistant Manager tens de garantir que o turno se realiza com o melhor produto e com a equipa certa.

Precisamos do teu optimismo, resiliência e proatividade.
Diariamente será necessário atingir resultados e indicadores de negócio. Orientação para resultados, resolver problemas e uma boa comunicação vão ajudar-te a ter um turno de sucesso.

As tuas tarefas:

Contamos contigo para:

  • Dar suporte ao gerente de loja na gestão operacional e na liderança da equipa.
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais: segurança e qualidade alimentar; gestão de stock, encomendas, reposição e correta organização
  • Atender clientes e fornecedores;
  • Cooperar com a gerência no acompanhamento e motivação da Equipa, realizando briefings operacionais ou de gestão;
  • Acolher e receber os novos colaboradores, garantindo a sua formação;
  • Colaborar com a gerência nos procedimentos administrativos inerentes à gestão de recursos humanos.

O que é mesmo emocionante nesta jornada é que estamos sempre a recomeçar e a avançar, a reconhecer e a desenvolver as nossas pessoas.

Contamos com uma equipa de mais de 750 pessoas, que contribuem para o sucesso da nossa empresa.

Atualmente temos 40 lojas e oferecemos aos nossos clientes a oportunidade de saborearem uma deliciosa pizza em casa ou numa das nossas lojas.
