You will be responsible to:

Responsibilities are within the Human Resources:

  • Support for preparing employment contracts/declarations/documentation and the registration of new employee at the local Government entitles
  • Assist in payroll preparation
  • Compile and update employee records and time & attendance to ensure accuracy databases
  • Support on the Onboarding of new Employees and help to ensure that the orientation process and paperwork done is consistent with the Hovione Onboarding Procedure
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • HRrelated degree
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English is a requirement
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package
