What will you achieve?


As part of the People & Culture team, this role is tasked with carrying out the recruitment processes, in close collaboration with the People Business Partner.


As a Talent Acquisition, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to
    understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies;
  • Conducting the internal referral process, providing feedback to all stakeholders;
  • Synthesizing and analyzing
    recruitment metrics;
  • Participation in job fairs;
  • Higher education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in
    recruiting technological profiles;
  • Experience using
    LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory);
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software;
  • Excel proficiency;
  • Strong communication, organizational, and priority management skills;
  • Proficient in spoken and written
    English.
