What you'll be doing at Webhelp
As a
French-Speaking Customer Advisor for MisterFly, you will:

  • Manage our customer's bookings (altering, canceling, or creating new reservations), and achieve the performance targets defined by the project.
  • Manage customer expectations and needs.
  • Have a unique opportunity to start working in a new market where you can directly contribute to the company's fastpaced growth, and internal progress in different job positions.

We'll be a great match if you:


  • Have a high level of French (written and oral):
  • Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Have a previous experience in a travel agency (mandatory)
  • For nonEU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
