What you will be doing at Webhelp

  • Manage reservations in a backoffice capacity (ticket issuing, modification and cancellation of reservations)
  • Assist customers in the aftersales process by answering inquiries regarding their reservations and manage potential requests about travel dates, promotional campaigns, among others
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite and diplomatic way
  • Handle inquiries and provide timely responses according to the company's policy
  • Ensure that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needs

We'll be a great match if you:

  • Are native or proficient in
    French (C2) and fluent in
    English (B2):
  • Can demonstrate previous experience in travel agency
  • Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Love to identify the customers' needs and propose fast solutions
  • Would like to develop your personal qualities within a professional environment
