HowYou'll Make an Impact

  • Within our CybersecurityTeam, you follow up on discovered incidents of various kinds and help toimprove the cybersecurity posture of Siemens Energy.
  • For this purpose, you willsupervise and manage protective or corrective measures during the incident
  • You will lead and supervisethe incident management process from its beginning on to a successful end.
  • Together with acrossorganizational Incident Handling Team and Managed Security ServiceProvider (MSSP), you form a strong alliance to keep Siemens Energy secure.
  • You support regular lessonslearned and training initiatives.
  • You contribute yourexpertise and insight driving systematic innovation and optimization in theCybersecurity function.

What YouBring

  • University degree inInformation Technology, Cybersecurity, or a comparable education.
  • Professional experience of35 years in Cybersecurity.
  • You are certified withinCybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, GCIH, ECIH or similar)
  • You have experience withsecurity technologies related to the SOC, at the minimum SIEM and EDR
  • You are confident andassertive. With your friendly but determined way, you're able to clearlycommunicate to people in your target group as well as to senior management.
  • In case of emergency or anyother obstacles you can keep a clear mind and focus. You arrange appropriatesteps within announced enforcement measures.
  • Work will sometimes requireworking after hours and being on a team of oncall individuals.
  • You are open for newexperiences and challenges to support the Cybersecurity ecosystem and itstechnology interface.
  • You work collaboratively inglobal networks, identifying trends and bring innovation in the field.
  • As you act in aninternational environment, you bring businessfluent English language skills;German skills are a plus.
