XLR8 is a company that specializes in Revenue Management, with proven experience in increasing hotel income and considered the best Hotel Business Partner in Portugal in 2023 by ADHP (Xénios awards).
We have developed XLR8 RMS, which is the first and only strategic assistant for the hotel industry entirely based on Artificial Intelligence technology, allowing hoteliers to achieve extraordinary results in both profits and time saved.
We are currently looking to expand our team with a Sales Manager, as part of the Commercial Team:MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source lead opportunities via cold calling, emailing campaigns and professional networking
- Accompany sales process until handover to onboarding team: respond to incoming enquiries, conduct presentations and demo's, preparation of accurate quotes, contract negotiation and follow-up during the entire process, maintaining regular contact
- Application of innovative strategies to generate revenue and maximize the company's profit performance
- Development and application of the annual sales plan
- Keep CRM system updated accurately with sales activities
- Action plan development for short-, mid- and long-term goals
- Periodic analysis of the competition and new trends
- Negotiation and development of agreements with external partners
- Support the implementation of initiatives carried out by the marketing department
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken
- B ased in Portugal (hybrid position)
- Knowledge of the hotel tech industry
- Ability to define and manage priorities
- Business, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic and analytical capacity as well as problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Availability to travel frequently
