Sobre o nosso cliente Our client is a multinational leader in providing logistics solutions for major retail and FMCG clients.

Descrição Proven experience in leading, molding, and developing sales teams.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide both hunters and farmers within the sales organization.
Track record of fostering a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes success.
Demonstrated capacity to create and sustain valuable relationships with key clients in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends to identify new business opportunities.
A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective business development plans.

Perfil ideal Minimum professional experience of 5 years in similar functions in an multinational environment /B2B.Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or a related field.

Strong leadership skills in managing and motivating large teams
  • Mandatory Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas, negotiate deals, and build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure overall business success.
