Mantra is a global company that offers wellness retreats for customers and corporations in unique locations worldwide. Mantra allows people to recharge themselves and renew their energy while taking a break from the day-to-day race.

What the role is
In this position, you will manage the B2B sales operation in the region/country.

You will work closely with the country team and will be a strategic player in the successful rollout and growth of Mantra in the region.


What you will be doing

  • Build and drive full B2B sales cycle
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of new clients
  • Develop and manage the region's sales strategy
  • Generate revenue by selling corporate retreats to businesses, and organizations
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets for both new business and expansion
  • Effectively communicate Mantra's value proposition through proposals and presentations.

What you need for the role

  • Proven sales experience, with a focus on B2B sales
  • Strong customerfacing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility and executives
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions between multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent English verbal and written
  • Thorough understanding of the company's products and services
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding quotas
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to close
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
