A French IT-editor of
SAAS solution in the area of facility management working for big placements such as: airports, underground, industrial companies, etc.

is looking to hire a Client Support Specialist for their office in Lisbon.

The requirements:

  • High level of Spanish and French
  • Respond to incoming requests from platform users via the various communication channels communication
  • Follow requests until they are resolved in accordance with the internal process;
  • Respond quickly and efficiently in the event of an emergency and know how to reassure the customer when faced with a problem encounter
  • Report all difficulties encountered with the client to their assigned Performance Coach to
provide the best possible solution and as quickly as possible

  • Train and support customers proactively in using the platform in order to
unite teams around a digital strategy and ensure their success with our products

  • Be a source of suggestions to customers in promoting the platform's innovations
  • Be proactive in keeping the FAQ and service guides up to date and providing feedback
clients

Who you are:

  • Young spirit specialist with the experience in the area of customer support at least for 1 year;
  • You like to use digital tools and have the appetite to resolve problems;
  • Selforganized with excellent communicative skills.
