In your new role as Technical Writer you will be part of a team with high focus on top quality product documentation, being responsible for its continuous revision and extension. This includes feature documentation, how-to-guides, best-practice blueprints, release notes and similar.

Your responsibilities - with the opportunities to grow:

In your everyday work you have a diverse range of tasks with lots of space for development:

  • Be part of an Agile team able to collaboratively deliver solutions to customer
  • Work closely with product teams and subject matter experts to gather all information needed
  • Collect and inform Product Management team of suggestions for continuous improvements
  • Write documentation that enables our customers and partners to implement, configure and use our software in the most efficient manner
Your profile - what do you need to fit with us?
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
  • Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides
  • Experience in the software industry
