This role is responsible for the operational customer master data tickets and for supporting with data maintenance for the initiatives that are led by the Domain Steward.

The work includes the creation, maintenance and termination of reseller and distributor data fields in SAP.

Customer data ensures that sales can transact via EDI or the reseller portal and is used to maintain contracts in SAP CRM.

This role sits within Master Data team, within Data, Process and Technology. This is a service organization dedicated to the maintenance and curation of Master Data and Data Governance oversight. This is a global role, that will be responsible for Europe, APAC, and The Americas.

Responsabilities:

  • Accurate and ontime completion of tickets submitted via The Service Hub
  • Creating, maintaining, and terminating the following master data: Soldtos, Shiptos, Storefronts, Billtos and payers
Name, address, contact information Outputs (notification) conditions

Delivery conditions

Bank details

Termination blocks and flags

Employee and accounts relationships to customers

Other related data- Adhering and auditing work to policies and legal requirements
