Nous souhaitons renforcer nos équipes pour accompagner le développement de nos clients, grands groupes à forte croissance et le lancement de nouveaux projets d'envergure.
Au sein d'une équipe jeune, dynamique et bienveillante, tu partiras à la conquête de nos nouveaux prospects
Tu seras chargé de créer des opportunités commerciales pour l'entreprise. Sous la supervision du manager commercial et en collaboration avec ton équipe, tu seras charge de la gestion de nos chers leads et tu devras gérer la phase initiale du cycle de vente en tentant d'atteindre les objectifs fixés.
- Réaliser les premières prises de contact auprès de nos prospects et futurs clients,
- Qualifier le prospect en obtenant ses informations structurantes,
- Veiller à la mise à jour des bases de données prospects/clients,
- Participer aux réunions d'équipe en étant force de proposition,
- Accompagner à l'amélioration des tâches collectives de votre département,
- Organiser les rendez-vous entre vos commerciaux et futurs clients,
- Développer le portefeuille client de Veesion dans son ensemble
**Profil recherché**:
- Tu désires ardemment intégrer une entreprise jeune, dynamique et ambitieuse Tu possèdes une connaissance approfondie des différentes méthodes de chasse commerciale.
- Tu fais preuve d'initiative et de flexibilité.
- Tu as des capacités à établir et à entretenir des relations avec des clients potentiels.
- Tu as de solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et de négociation.
- Tes capacités de communication orales et écrites sont excellentes.
- Tu sauras mettre en évidence les avantages du produit Veesion.
- Tu as une mentalité entrepreneuriale, tu aimes les défis et tu restes pragmatique dans tes approches.
- Tu sais t'adapter à toutes situations : ajuster ton discours, rebondir, interagir et convaincre sans te démonter face aux objections.

**Déroulement des entretiens**:
Nous nous engageons à t'offrir un processus de recrutement rapide et transparent:
- Un premier échange téléphonique avec un membre de la team RH pour te présenter l'entreprise, répondre à tes questions et apprendre à te connaître (téléphonique ou visio).
- Un entretien en visio avec ton futur responsable, ou tu effectueras un role play et rencontrera l'un des membres de la team.
- Un dernier entretien avec notre directeur commercial et l'un de nos SDR senior pour le fit ultime.
