Job Details

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with partners to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements to the current IGA systems and processes.
  • Design and implement improvements to the current IGA systems
  • Develop and maintain standards and procedures, for IAM processes, to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Perform regular assessments and audits of the IGA systems to identify and address any security risks or compliance issues.
  • Develop and implement IAMrelated security controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's data.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot IGA systems and components, including but not limited to LDAP, Active Directory, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
  • Continuously monitor IGA systems to identify and remediate any potential security vulnerabilities or operational issues.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to other teams, within the organization, on IGArelated issues and solutions.
Skills and experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including experience with IAM technologies such as Azure AD, SailPoint or Saviynt, LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO solutions.
  • Experience with cloudbased infrastructure, specifically Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management standard methodologies, policies, and procedures
  • Strong problemsolving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and crossfunctionally as part of a team.
  • An ability to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Strong selfmotivation, a selfstarter
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Solid sense of ownership and delivery focus
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • An ability to communicate sophisticated technical information simply and clearly.
In addition, experience in the following areas would be a plus:

  • Cyber Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
  • Development background, with experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python and/or Jscript/JavaScript
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience with SailPoint or Saviynt.
