The Senior Tax Analyst will support US tax reporting and return compliance. This position reports directly to the Senior Tax Manager.

  • Responsibilities:_
  • Prepare federal tax and international tax compliance items including the calculation of booktax adjustments, various tax calculations and tax credits.
  • Prepare state apportionment workpaper and separate/unitary state income and franchise tax returns, including estimated income tax payments.
  • Calculate and prepare estimated payments and extensions.
  • Gather and validate information required for the preparation of federal and state income tax returns and international forms using OneSource tax preparation software.
  • Assist with the quarterly and yearend income tax provisions, including preparation of tax entries, tax account reconciliations, and supporting workpapers.
  • Research and document federal, international, and state tax positions and assist with income tax special projects.
  • Prepare federal and state audit support schedules and responses to tax notices.
  • Review, analyze and streamline Tax processes and assist with Tax transformation projects
  • Perform other ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Strong written, verbal and research skills with the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

  • Knowledge of OneSource Tax Compliance
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of OneSource Tax Provision
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to think outside of the box and work through issues
  • Public Accounting experience is a plus.
  • 3 years of large corporation income tax experience or 2 years of public accounting experience with corporate income taxes
