In this vacancy opportunity we are looking for a Hostel Receptionist** (_part time_).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a
Hostel Receptionist you are an
important representative of the company.

You make sure our
our guests have
a positive experience
within their stay through an effective communication and problem solving
approach.

**
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Being the
    first point of contact with our guests;
  • Carrying out
    day to day tasks including general administration and covering the reception area;
  • Accurately updating
    records on the system;
-
Administrative duties on the reception including
answering phones and answering the door;
-
Answering queries from service users and
engaging with them.

  • Be the
    guarantor
    and coordinator of cleaning**, including the communication with external partners;
  • Be the
    guarantor of customer satisfaction through its responses and actions.

PROFILE:

  • Available for working in
    _part time_ (
    10h30 14h30),
    from Thursday to Monday (_5 days a week_);
  • Available for a
    provision of services contract;
  • To be passionate about delivering great service and be
    guest focused;
  • Previous experience in
    Receptionist and
    Guest Relations;
  • Experience with handling
    guests queries and complaints;
  • You have
    good communication skills in English, further language skills in French or Spanish are a plus.
