To provide first-line service desk support to customers, assisting them while using various channels and responding to their queries in a timely and efficient manner.


Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of the customer's position and service delivery requirements to enable the delivery of unparalleled service.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints, and in line with internal procedures.
  • Helpful and effective member of the team.
  • Communicate with customers using various channels and respond to their queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to customer queries in line with SLA.
  • Maintain and update all jobrelated administrative forms.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Know when to escalate the issue to another department or a more senior representative.
  • Take ownership of selfdevelopment.
  • Support standard queries related to banking products.

Targeted Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in or .
