Controlling Operator for Business Projects (M/F/d)

What role will you play?

  • Operational controlling activities for Siemens internal business customers;
  • Create internal contracts and follow each contract until it is completely signed;
  • Ensure costs charging as well as any clarification needed and monitor the respective status;
  • Prepare reports of specific customer KPIs (e.g.

Gross Cost, Charges, Net Cost / Profit, Employees):
preparation of key data, scorecards, graphics, reports and analysis - key comments and highlights - data report and maintenance;

  • Assure budget and forecast reporting completeness within deadlines.

We are looking for:

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent;
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken (mandatory); Other language is a plus;
  • Good MS Office knowledge, of which experience with Excel is mandatory;
  • Knowledge of SAP is highly valued;
  • Strong communication skills and team orientation;
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment;
  • Strong customer focus, result & quality orientation and professional ethics;
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving;
  • Dynamism, initiative and proactiveness.
