Job Description:
Strategy
- Manage highimpact, highvisibility, strategic, and transformational projects in collaboration with other internal areas, and/or external consultancies;
- Work with Development Lead in the development of enterprisewide development events, activities, curation, and programs, including creating and managing project plans;
- Areas of focus will include, but not be limited to, organizational culture, employee experience, leadership development, professional skills learning and future of work support planning;
- Oversee the creation of engaging content to showcase the company culture;
- Design, develop, implement and evaluate leadership and talent development programs;
- Organize, deliver, and evaluate high quality training programs and training events;
- Ensure the correct implementation of the EDP's global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy, adapting to local needs;
- Partner with key stakeholders to boost, communicate and deliver the employee value proposition (EVP), and integrate employer branding into the recruitment process;
- Design and coordinate HR Internal Communication plan;
- Be in charge of the creation of HR content and support on the implementation and follow up of the global communication strategy of EDP in the different internal and external channels.
- Be an active contributor towards driving a digital 1st mindset and culture;
- Identify new digital opportunities and/or challenges, and new solutions to be developed/ deployed in People management;
- Deliver value through descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics;
- Boost change/optimization in HR processes;
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and identify new opportunities to enhance our employee experience.
What we are looking for:
- Academic background in Management, Human Resources or similar;
- Professional experience up to 5 years in Human Capital (big4) or global company with dynamic environment;
- Good level of english;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, analytics tools (eg. Power BI) and proactive with Social networks (eg. Linkedin, Yammer, Instagram);
- Proven expertise in creating impactfocused relationships with senior leaders / internal stakeholders;
- Strong Interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple projects underway concurrently;
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes and new challenges;
- Structured thinker, problem solver and data driven;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Sense of humor;
- Strong work ethic.
